Schooner Cove to Replace Holiday Mobile Home Park

The mobile homes are all out of the park on the north side of Interbay, east of Port Tampa, and the DR Horton sign is up. Floor plans, but not prices, are available on the
DR Horton, Schooner Cove web page. I do wonder when some commercial development will follow all this density. Horton is marketing this development heavily to the miitary by offering discounts, and touting its convenience to MacDill.

Have you seen the trucks at the end of Fitzgerald? Also the old warehouse at the end of Westshore was leveled on Monday. Is that all part of the Ashton Woods project?

According the Ashton Woods person I spoke to that is part of their planned development. However, in the current market every developer I talk to is a bit more circumspect about completion dates and price points.
